Ok, here’s my Bully Review. I like it. This is let's eat in tonight, Honey, comfort food Ye. It's family picture album, magic hourglass, timetravel Ye. Sped up soul beats and Old Kanye flow cozying up to Yeezus hard beats and 808 autotune melody forward hooks. It’s Sunday morning church and struggling the rest of the week, Ye. It’s I know we’ve had some rough moments, but remember all the good times, Ye. Is it groundbreaking? No. Is it like hearing Ultralight Beam for the first time, or Runaway or All Falls Down or the Diamonds from Sierra Leone remix? No. Nothing like that. It’s remember the good times. But it’s surprisingly clean, surprisingly Christian, lowkey great. Ima put this on repeat, playing board games with my daughters, on the freeway, taking walks. @kanyewest , @Ravarora1 , @Nero , @vrob330, @akirathedon

@Talyn89926595 @Rothmus Catholic fasting, rooted in early Christian practice and disciplines like those in the Didache, isn’t arbitrary law but imitation of Christ. By fasting and abstaining, believers unite themselves to the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, not required by Scripture.

Time to address the criticisms of our scandalous marriage story, share more details of Ashley’s testimony, and talk about promiscuity, virginity, and more. Blessed to be interviewed by @RayComfort. Video coming within 24 hours or so to the Living Waters YouTube channel.

“Testimony” culture is a sick, depraved tradition in mod churches that glorifies a past life of wicked sin & defiles the consciences of young people. There’s nothing holy or good in sharing details of past depravity & degeneracy. No one is edified, just scandalized or titillated.

My wife was formerly promiscuous. I was a virgin. She was then radically born-again. Committed to church, evangelized constantly, Puritan books in her bedroom, prayer journals, grief over past sexual sin, etc. We got to know each other well for over a year, dated for four months, engaged for two and a half, and didn't sin sexually with one another. Our first kiss with each other was at the altar on our wedding day (reaction pic attached!). We've been married for over five years now, and she's been the most wonderful and godly wife, mother to our three children, and homemaker you could imagine. She's more pure than most virgins, as biblical purity has less to with past sins (though they certainly matter) and more to do with one's current posture of the heart and daily decisions to honor the Lord (Matt. 5:8). We're far too quick to forget the story of the woman labeled as a known "sinner" (likely a prostitute) in Luke 7:36-50 who was washing Jesus' feet with her tears while kissing them too. The Pharisees were shocked that Jesus let a public sinner do this. Jesus responded with a parable about debts being forgiven and ended with this powerful conclusion: "Her many sins have been forgiven; that’s why she loved much. But the one who is forgiven little, loves little" (Luke 7:47). Everyone seems to highlight the benefits of virginity, and it certainly is a blessing. But we forget to highlight the benefits of being forgiven much as well. My wife knows the depths of Jesus' forgiveness more than most people, enabling her to more easily live out a life of passionate love for her Savior. A woman or man's past sexual sin matters. But what matters far more when it comes to deciding who to marry is if the person is truly born again, if their repentance is real, if they truly have a heart for Christ, if they truly follow Jesus and obey his commands. "God has chosen what is foolish in the world to shame the wise, and God has chosen what is weak in the world to shame the strong. God has chosen what is insignificant and despised in the world — what is viewed as nothing — to bring to nothing what is viewed as something, so that no one may boast in his presence. It is from him that you are in Christ Jesus, who became wisdom from God for us — our righteousness, sanctification, and redemption, — in order that, as it is written: 'Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.'" (1 Cor. 1:27-31) "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, and see, the new has come!" (2 Cor. 5:17)

one of the literal Fathers of the Church, St John Chrysostom called women whores in some of his commentaries you clearly have no understanding of what Jesus' character is. Using a word that accurately describes somebody isn't sad or disheartening the guilt tripping method is hilarious "i see a pharisee" 😭😭

Jesus never calls women sluts or whores, those who play church, choose to be holy rollers, those who are lost and who have never been radically changed by God do. I like a lot of your commentary, but your comments disgusts me and you are not a good reflection of what Jesus's character, grace, mercy or forgiveness is. And that is sad and disheartening. God will hold you accountable for that. He cares how we carry ourselves. Right now I don't see Jesus in you, I see a pharisee.

Also, I will never stop proclaiming what God has done in my life. God took the worst (me) and made me clean. He blessed my life when I didn’t deserve it and changed me and continues to change me. I have an amazing marriage. Three beautiful children. A very wholesome life. ♥️

Why so focused on testimony and so careless about inner repentance and deep change? Why must everyone know every detail? Nowhere in the gospels do we find Christ teaching as you are now. This is fully DIY slop and not Christianity at all. St Paisios: "A person who truly repents does not speak much about himself. He struggles quietly." Matthew 6:6 When you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. St Barsanuphius said "Do not speak about your sins to everyone. Reveal them only to God and to your spiritual father." Confession is the place to reveal your past sins, not on Twitter 😂😂

This clearly is not gonna go anywhere if you reject all of history and apostolic teaching... but this quote does follow directly from Christ's teachings Examples... Matthew 6:1, Matthew 6:6, Luke 18:13 (the tax collector doesn't explain his sins, he just repents before God) etc

St John Climacus said "Let your repentance be hidden from men, but known to God alone." Not everyone needs to publicize their "redemption". Repentance is done between yourself and God. And your first question is just ignorant.. obviously you can talk about repentance without listing specific sins 😂
