We go back to appointing SC justices and elect representatives over their stance on abortion for the next 50 years.
With it in back to the State's, people of each state have a voice to make it a state constitutional right which they did not have with Roe.
It will continue to work itself out in the States and take it away from the federal gov once in for all.

SCOTUS doesn’t make laws they rule on disputes, the state would have no power over national. States didn’t want seatbelts.

@Halfway_Hikes @jtxccgn @mitchellvii People don’t have a “right”to healthcare insurance but laws are passed to give them access- Govt shouldn’t have a “right” to control a woman’s body - also Roe vs Wade wasn’t just for abortion there’s other health issues it protected when things go wrong in pregnancy.
