Dont tell me I HAVE to celebrate or praise Obama just because it’s Black History Month. Spare me that nonsense. I refuse—plain and simple.
I’m an AMERICAN first. Skin color doesn’t come before that, and it doesn’t force me to bow down to anyone or treat them like royalty.
Since some insist on making everything about race, let’s be clear: Obama did nothing meaningful for Black people. Nothing. He promised hope and change, delivered division instead, and left many Black communities in worse shape while he moved on to bigger paydays.
He is not the king of Black folks. He is not the ruler of the Black community. He is not a God.
I don’t have to bow down to him, praise him, worship him, or celebrate him. I won’t.
He divided this nation more than almost anyone in my lifetime—pitting people against each other by race and class while acting like he was above it all. Overhyped, overrated, and done.
Freedom means I can say this without apology. Take it or leave it.
