@astoundconnects What is the point? I pay over $200 /mo for internet and you people keep telling me I would have to pay a $500 maintainance fee just to have someone check to see if it's a "me" problem. I've been a customer for 9 years and every speed test site shows I get 0 upload.

@Astoundconnects: After cross referencing different speed test sites, all of which flagged my upload speed at below 2 mbps, only Astound "provided" results with the 29 mbps range I actually pay for. Something isn't right, and I can't engage in mass online activities with others.
