@JJDEMARAY If you like him a lot you don't get cute and risk it. Like his tape but foot injury on a guy that big is scary. Word has it Bears really liked him and wanted him at 25. High risk high reward guy.
Many Minnesota Vikings fans have responded to my posts regarding Caleb Banks. Personally, I really like Banks as a prospect and love them picking him. The problem for me was where we drafted him. Most including myself feel we could have traded down and still selected him.
Day 2 of the draft coming up. I'm pumped. Huge night for the Vikings, who have three picks (49, 82, 97). Gotta find some building blocks.
Lotta different directions Minnesota could go based on how it plays out. WR, S, CB, C, RB, LB all on the table.
Who are you hoping for?
@JJMcGLAZER Fans care a lot and can be critical of decisions especially when they consider it the wrong. I actually like the talent of Banks but you would be crazy to not be concerned about a broken foot on a 327 lb defensive tackle. This is a very risky pick. Hope it pays off but skeptical
I think the majority of people mad about the Vikings draft pick are the “experts” who sat and did mock drafts in their basement for 6 months who can’t handle the guy we picked wasn’t on anyone’s radar pre-draft.
Dudes 6’6 330 if he lives up 2 his potential we have a game wrecker
@strallweat Floyd career was actually ended due to a botched surgical error. I see the upside of the pick but can't help but be concerned about a 327 lb dt coming off a broken foot.
Kinda feeling like the two most likely Vikings options tonight are:
A) Take one of the two Oregon guys at 18
B) Trade down into the 20s, where the value aligns better with some of their other possible targets (EMW, DTs, CBs, etc)
@DemzDeliver Reality Check: Even with "surge," the city is currently operating at structural deficit. Spending (projected at $122.4 billion) is still outpacing what is being brought in.The city is using "rainy-day" funds & surplus prepayments from last year to keep the current budget balanced
@CliffW08950229 Oh she for sure did I won’t ever watch a movie she’s in ever again or buy a single item she ever promotes ! Ever again ! This is how you teach those ignorant rich clowns if you’re going to support a lunatic and a pedophile well you’ll lose moment followers . F that clown
Here's Naz Reid when asked how his lingering shoulder injury is effecting his game.
Reid only played 17 minutes in Game 1, after averaging 26 minutes per game during the regular season.
Apparently this needs to be said again since MAGA is VERY confused:
Yes, Democrats were the party of slavery- 150+ years ago.
Then came Reconstruction.
Then the Civil Rights Movement.
Then the parties realigned and ideologies flipped.
That’s not an opinion. That’s documented history.
You don’t get to ignore 150 years of history and then call me uninformed.
At this point, it’s not confusion. It’s willful ignorance.
Oh Boy: Vikings star WR Justin Jefferson throws shade at JJ McCarthy when asked about the team signing Kyler Murray.
“My first reaction was just, it’s really good to get some good talent in the room, to give a little spark in the room.”
😳😳😳
@TPPSkol@CharlesRobinson@YahooSports Sounds like an ideal time to trade him if his value is so low. What is this guy even talking about, this make literally no sense.
Vikings QB J.J. McCarthy on the move this week? 👀
@CharlesRobinson with some nuggets on draft week.
McCarthy's stock around the league "appears low" and Robinson does not think the "Vikings are trying to have a QB competition and believes McCarthy's trade value "is going to go anywhere but down from here".
"If the Vikings are eventually going to deal him, this is the window — either during this draft or afterward — with a team that is looking for a young developmental backup."
@DudeWithTheFlag@fire_starter457 Still no response I see. Nothing huh? Just want to spew bs that's been put out there that's literally a straight up lie?
