Restore needs to address the Saskia situation. We all know who made the decision, what we want to know, is how it's going to be resolved. What will be done to prevent this happening again and publicly reassure us that remigration isn't banned.

The reality is that New Zealand’s sovereignty over permanent immigration, residency pathways, and citizenship remains fully intact. The agreement is limited to temporary mobility, and does not create or lock in any permanent outcomes.
