@SouthernRailUK Yo be honest the problem is not the issue with the train. It is that you are unable to give clear information so we think the train is going to get there because we believe the information you give us but then it changes all the time.

@easyJet once again appalling customer service!! Not only flight was cancelled with no explanations, their officer lied to me three times assuring me I could get back through security with the items bought at duty free. Terrible company!

@LNER not only your trains runs late on a regular basis, but you manage to bend time to turn a 31m delay into 29m to avoid paying compensation. This is pitiful! I highly recommend traveling with @LumoTravel to anyone going between London and Newcastle. #badfaith #badservices

@LNER not only your trains run late but on top of that you bend time when your train arrives with a delay above 30m to claim it was only 29m. Such bad faith is pitiful. I highly recommend people traveling to Newcastle to use @LumoTravel.
