My registered mobile number on my application was changed to someone else’s number without my authorization, & now I’m being asked to share Govt ID & RC just to correct an error from Renault’s side.
How does such a serious data lapse even happen?

Since last 10 days or so, AC is non-functional.
On 12 May got it checked, was told Vaccum Pump was defective.
No clarity on when would replacement be made available.
The summer is at its peak, driving around is miserable.

@RenaultIndia I took delivery of my Car on the 6th of May this is the new Duster. The horn works intermittently, it doesn't work when the car is shut off for a long period and then in motion it starts working. Please find a solution to this. This shouldn't be happening.

@RenaultIndia Last month, the Renault Duster stopped in the middle of the road. We took it to the workshop.They replaced the battery.The same problem occurred again within one and a half months.Even today,the vehicle stopped midway.We are getting different explanations each time.
