@PaulMitchellUS very disappointed with the return process after my Neuro Folding High Velocity Hair Dryer stopped working just short of one year after purchase. Please do better for a customer who invested in a quality tool that didn’t live up to the price point. 😏

@Wayfair @Renesoffice Be wary of buying from Wayfair in general. If I could back in time to last month and NOT purchase from Wayfair, or utilize their “Pro’s” I certainly would. We have an INSANE situation on our hands and Wayfair CS has been awful. @Wayfair please reach out.

Hi @Wayfair I’m still shaking after the person you sent to my place to install my furniture shows up unannounced a day after he installed my furniture asking me to pay him directly. As a single woman this was very uncomfortable and unacceptable.
