Today the PA Senate Aging & Youth Committee unanimously passed HB 996 by Rep. Eric Davanzo. It would allow members of the clergy to have access to long-term care facilities during a disaster emergency. The PCC has supported this measure. @RepDavanzo @PAHouseGOP
