Corruption is how the Trump Administration buys loyalty and consolidates power. Every government contract is just another means to ensure profit for their donors at the expense of working people. Trump, Noem, Lewandowski and everyone who is benefiting from the corruption of this administration must be investigated and held accountable.

In September, I opened an investigation into the reports that DHS agents are unlawfully coercing unaccompanied minors to self-deport. DHS must comply and provide Congress answers.    From deporting DACA recipients to protected minors, DHS can’t be reformed. We must abolish ICE and dismantle DHS.

After being wrongfully detained for over a year, Leqaa is finally home! Thank you to her family, legal team and all the advocates who never stopped fighting for her. Community is what keeps us safe! Today, Mullin proved he’s just another anti-immigrant loyalist who will implement Trump and Miller’s campaign of terror without question. He is unfit for confirmation. The Senate should not confirm nominees with a history of bigotry and violence. But regardless of who is in charge of DHS, it is built to be a weapon to be pointed at anyone the government deems a thread. It must be dismantled.
