I visited Amazon’s DEN3 fulfillment center, one of the company’s largest investments in CO, which employs more than 3,000 associates serving customers across the state. It was great learning more about how DEN3 supports jobs, logistics, and innovation in CO’s growing economy.

Permitting reform is central to our Affordability Agenda—and key to lowering costs over time. @RepGabeEvans and @RepScottPeters are leading the charge, building on our bipartisan Permitting Reform Framework to cut red tape, expand energy supply, and bring prices down.

I was proud to join nearly 1,000 young adults and dozens of employers at the Weld County Young Adult Job Fair in Greeley. As the first elected official to attend this event, I had the opportunity to speak with young adults eager to enter the workforce and with employers working hard to create opportunities across Weld County. Events like this help connect the next generation with real career pathways and strengthen our local workforce, and I’m so thrilled to have had the chance to be a part of it!

For 37 days, TSA officers, federal law enforcement, and homeland security professionals have gone without a paycheck — all while continuing to protect our airports, secure our communities, and keep Americans safe. Meanwhile, Senators are still getting paid. Today, the Senate had the opportunity to withhold its own pay during a shutdown, it chose not to. Colorado’s Senators @SenatorHick and @SenatorBennet continue to allow this to drag on — forcing frontline security personnel to shoulder the burden while Washington engages in political theater. This is not leadership. Reopen DHS. Restore funding. Pay the men and women who protect our homeland. 🇺🇸

Despite growing Colorado's government from $29 billion to $51 billion in just 7 years (much of that coming from higher taxes & fees), @GovofCO has mismanaged the budget so badly that Dems are considering cutting vital programs for working families & students.   An $850M budget shortfall didn't just appear: Democrats' mismanagement  makes families pay the price.

25 years after 9/11, one thing is clear: intelligence sharing saves lives. DHS and local fusion centers help federal, state, and local law enforcement connect the dots and stop terrorist threats before they happen. That’s why we must fully fund DHS.

Nearly 20% of world's oil flows through the Strait of Hormuz. If Iran can blackmail that chokepoint with drones, missiles, and naval forces at will while pursuing nuclear capability, the consequences for global markets and security is enormous. That threat cannot be ignored.

America doesn’t back down. After 12 years in the Army, I know what these threats look like. Our military is the strongest in the world, and we are taking action to protect Americans from the Iranian regime and its proxies. Now Senate Democrats must stand with Republicans and do their part to vote for a fully funded DHS.

New data shows Colorado’s job market shrank in 2025 while the rest of the country continued to grow. For years, policies coming out of Denver have made it harder to create jobs — especially in industries like energy, construction, and professional services. Hardworking Coloradans are losing opportunities to keep more of their paychecks. In Washington, @HouseGOP passed legislation to eliminate taxes on overtime so workers who put in extra hours can keep more of what they earn. But in Colorado, @GovofCO and state Democrats are taking that relief away from hardworking Coloradans. Colorado workers deserve policies that support job creation, reward hard work, and make our state a place where businesses want to grow — not leave.

Voter ID is an 80-20 issue — and it’s long overdue. I voted for the SAVE Act to protect election integrity and restore confidence in our elections. The Senate has finally opened debate. It’s time to get this across the finish line. 🇺🇸

CO lost 14,700 private sector jobs from Feb 2024 to Feb 2025. In that same period? CO added 15,200 govt jobs. We’re not growing the economy. We’re growing bureaucracy. CO should be empowering innovators and job creators — not regulating them and replacing them with more govt.
