We are one step closer to decriminalizing HIV in PA! HB 632 just passed the House Judiciary Committee. This bill removes HIV from PA’s criminal code and updates outdated laws that fuel stigma against people living with HIV. Thank you to my colleagues, @AIDSLawPa, and advocates who made this possible.

Yesterday, the House Energy Committee passed two more bills on data center regulation. These bills from Rep. Mullins and @RepDonahue would strengthen transparency and protections for communities located near data center development projects. fox43.com/article/news/l…
