Visited the Allegheny Township Police Department in Blair County to meet with Chief Michael Robison and Officers Bryce Young and Brittney Brennan. Through Community Project funding, I was able to bring $60,145 to the department to purchase a new police vehicle. This congressional funding will improve officer safety, emergency response times, and overall operational efficiency. Proud to support this investment in community safety.

Pennsylvania’s 13th Congressional District mourns the loss of a native son, Krystofer Lopez, who tragically lost his life while serving his country. To his family and our entire community, we offer our prayers and condolences, and we remember fondly the brave young man from Biglerville.

Following an incident during a training exercise at Letterkenny Army Depot, I am deeply saddened by the tragic loss of U.S. Army soldier. My thoughts and prayers are with the soldier’s family, friends, and fellow service members during this incredibly difficult time. We are forever grateful for the courage and sacrifice of the men and women who serve our nation every day. As our community mourns this loss, we stand united in honoring this soldier’s life of service.

In his State of the Union Address, @POTUS reaffirmed our commitment to protecting access to quality, affordable healthcare.   We must continue to lower costs, expand choices, and protect seniors’ access to Medicare. That means more transparency, more competition, and patient-centered reforms — not hidden costs that only serve to benefit big insurance companies.

Under the Trump Administration, Washington finally delivered major tax cuts for our seniors. The Working Families Tax Cuts (which I voted for) ends double taxation on Social Security and gives seniors a $6,000 tax deduction! @POTUS made a promise: to deliver real economic relief. And he kept that promise – that’s what strong leadership delivers.
