Overpaying guys for very little effort it seems like. I'm hoping we go younger in the offseason but I doubt it.

VGK's PK has been better than just about every team's PP this year... it has had no answers for the Predators though. 4-1 NSH with a pair of power play goals.

@jack_sperry Very good signing. I'm curious what the contract looks like. I would assume they still draft the guard probably not the first round unless Vega is there but I definitely see them going with a receiver somebody like Cooper and then maybe trading back up in the first round.

Had a feeling this would eventually get done. Good pickup for the Steelers. Good enough to compete for the starting left guard spot while still keeping the door open to drafting a guard at some point to eventually if not immediately take the job over long-term.

@CarneyMedia If this is true this is a very very good signing for Pittsburgh. I would assume he would be the starter. If this is a cheap deal that is a 1000% a steel. I would still think we draft somebody in the drafts but probably more towards receiver in the first round
