We had a patient on nil per oral since yesterday evening because of queried intestinal obstruction, she was to go for abdominal X-ray today, I personally emphasized on maintaining npo, this afternoon when she was leaving the ward for the X-ray, I jokingly added that she shouldn't eat or drink on her way o, if not her money will be wasted cuz the X-ray won't show exactly what we need, tell me why she immediately confessed that she took fanta in the morning, then wanted to start saying we didn't explain well. I had to remind her to look at my face well, that it's the same thing I told her yesterday that I'm repeating now

Again, there's no winning with patients. Whether you're calm or you're brash, people will always make their own choices. Here's an example. One of the people I know, unfortunately, lost her daughter to cancer because of fear... The doctor told her they'll remove her daughter's breast, and she objected. The doctor then said, "The morgue is over there. In one year, if we don't do this surgery, your kid will be on the way there. " She got scared and ran home and told her neighbour and that one said oh. I know a place where my daughters own was done. Unfortunately her neighbour's daughter had a benign breast lesion. They removed it and kept her for a year at the hospital because of course, they only resected part of the tumour at wherever they went to have the surgery done. The lady came back with fungating breast mass. Apparently, the doctors bluntness chased them away, but they made their own decision to go to a quack for surgery and spent all their money there. The defamation is not even the major issues sending them to prison. In this particular case all they want is a retraction and apology. But the law is deeper than what people are saying. Only 1% of those making noise has seen the charge sheet He’s currently in jail for cyber bullying a minor.

You arrest with police, they call it bullying, they start shouting charge him to court, nowhere has been charged to court and duly thrown into jail. It's still bullying. What exactly do you want, the same old routine, arrest, make noise, give an half assed apology and back to status quo. No, lesson must be learnt, you can't say charge to court and start dictating whether you will be charged with civil defamation or criminal defamation. Talk is cheap until you are at the end of those malicious tweet, all for musk's 5 cents

Sometime early January...a very well paying hospital this side was looking for a Peri op ..Nurse. A friend recommended. I sent the CV....with RPON boldly inscribed....to secure the position first. It was in the course of my personal chat with her that the human bean confessed that....she didn't pass the osce of the Peri-op Nursing exam, and she's hoping to pass on repeat. Shame just dey catch me as i go dey plead make them disregard the CV. ... After i don push for am go far already. So many personal encounters like this... Lot of liars and unserious people... you won't know or believe till you dare to stick your neck out.

If you're not truly JOB HUNTING as a Registered Nurse.. There is no need selling that impression to me.. I'd naturally set my eyes out there, stake out my small reputation...stress myself for people....and at the end of the day, the HR or link.....will be the one to inform me that - your person said she has a program for tomorrow, or that she doesn't have the certification . A lot of so called unemployed nurses are not serious people, and they lie a lot.....and i mean it !! So annnnoying !!!!!!!!!
