@ResearchBTCNow @newhedge_io yeah compute time is very much hardware bound for me too, I've had users give me a wide range of numbers from hard to insanely good to incredibly bad since it works w/ low cost cloud, any plans to open source someday ? would love to compare w/ you the stack

@_nym21_ @newhedge_io Compute time reported is with low cloud resources (cpu, ram). On beefy local servers it takes seconds. It is fun to optimize the these processes 😀

@_nym21_ @newhedge_io Blocks are processed and a analyzed when they hit the Bitcoin nodes..Typically within a minutes. Complete analysis takes aprox 30s, most time is used to wait for confirmation. Occasionally reorg needs to be handled. Wait time is a trade-off vs how many reorg needs handling.

@skwny We will see :) I think the “quantum” story is more narrative than explanation. I could be wrong, but most investors don’t really know what quantum computing is—so they file it under sci-fi. I don't, but it is not a problem until it is.
