Just got an offer on one of my flips DOM -3 days List price-$234,999 Offer 220k 10K closing costs 5% commission to buyers agent 😂😂 I can honestly say I’ve never seen a buyers agent ask for that much commission. I admire the effort. Countered back at 230k, with 2.5% commission….let’s see what happens.

Lorenzo Garcia, boyfriend of Paige Ostroushko, the same Paige who recently assaulted and battered @Savsays, is an active-duty Marine running this GoFundMe. He’s begging for money because ICE detained his dad while he was at Marine boot camp at Camp Pendleton. He lays out the whole sob story about his mom struggling, his siblings, the financial mess, and how hard it’s all been. Then he brags about going to Whipple protests, No Kings protests, Iran protests, and every other anti-ICE demonstration he can find. He even did an open mic at Whipple to tell his story. And right at the end he signs off with “F**K ICE.” An active-duty United States Marine is using his service, his boot camp experience, and his uniform to solicit donations while publicly attacking a federal law enforcement agency and standing shoulder to shoulder with the same radical left crowd whose daughter just assaulted an American woman on video. @SecWar Hegseth, this is completely unacceptable. We cannot have Marines out here trashing ICE, aligning with domestic terrorists who assault citizens, and then turning around and using their military status to beg for cash. Please address this issue.

My wife started this program at AGC Maine four or five years ago. First year maybe 30+\- completed the program. My friend got laid off from his software engineering job in 2022. 42 years old. $195k salary gone overnight. Meta, Google, and Amazon had just cut 200,000 jobs and the market was flooded with engineers. He spent 14 months in an electrical apprenticeship. Last year he made $160k as a journeyman electrician specializing in data center builds. 2026 at 46 years old he make $270k with over time. The same data centers his former employer runs. He told me he will never work for anyone who can lay him off with a Zoom call again. Neither would I. Day 97 tagging @mikeroweworks because I want to bring awareness to the trades.

I get a kick out of the online people who assume because I have a Cabin in the woods, I've obviously broken all kinds of zoning and planning and permitting laws. OH and of COURSE I have hidden from a tax accessor too!! Do you really think if I wasn't by the books I would be posting online for the world to see? Do you think I didn't follow local laws? Didn't get a permit? Do you assume because I did it myself it doesn't meet some standard? Amazing how many wrong assumptions one has to make to think that.

My stepson decided he’s not playing travel baseball this summer for the first time in 6+ years. My wife and I decided to pick up an inexpensive camper to put on the waterfront of her dad’s camp for us to enjoy on the weekends this summer. I about fell out of my chair when I got an email back from the credit union asking for two years tax returns for me and my wife to verify our income? WTF? LOL 😂

Say what you want about The Masters... But there is nowhere else on planet earth where you will see a photo of humans like this where not a single one of them is looking at a phone. Truly one of the most beautiful things.
