If I believed in hell, I’d be hoping there was a special corner reserved for men who think women’s sex based rights and protections, indeed our existence as a sex class, is theirs to give away.

Today the Scottish court ruled that a GRC does change your protected characteristic of sex under the Equality Act. Next Wednesday MSPs will be voting to give away these sex-based rights to anyone who wants them for a fiver. No MSP can say they didn’t know what they were doing.

@Emma_Roddick When a space or service become ‘gender inclusive’ to include males in a previously female only environment it ceases to be single sex. That is a loss of sex based rights. That is a fact.

Trans rights are human rights, and as a woman I do not feel that they are in conflict with my own. I spoke today to defend the rights of others in the LGBTQI Community to simply be who they are.
