@RetroWallSt @SPACuity @DJohnson_CPA I don't mind a bit more risk/flaws, b/c the tradeoff is that I get very early public access to a company that otherwise would come public yrs later. But I do want to have some comfort that the insiders/investors actually care about the company and not just the quick, greedy exit.

@DavidNLefkowitz @SPACuity @DJohnson_CPA It absolutely is the company's call, but it is much more complex compared to the control of something like a Reg A+ IPO
SPACs are rarely simple. Some redemption changes (restrictions/locks) are helping but the post-deal action is not.

@RetroWallSt @SPACuity @DJohnson_CPA Is it not in the company's control whether the deal is "good?" They can walk away from a proposal, right? It seems to me that it is still possible for a company to go public via a SPAC, and it could actually be a decent deal for all the players. Tell me why I am wrong.

@SPACuity @DJohnson_CPA Every potential good deal/company that talks with us now - SPAC is bottom of their list.
Until the SPAC terms are actually appealing, companies would rather find a different path.

@CryptoVonDoom @CapetainTrippy @MINHxDYNASTY I can't remember the last time I could routinely get 7-9 hours of sleep, have time to do the other things on the list, still spend time with the fam, and run my own business. Toss in travel & I say better living through science.

instead of taking peptides: > get athletic > lift heavy > prioritize mobility > count macros (esp protein) and cals > sleep 7-9 hours > drink 1 gallon of water/day > play sports > take creatine > get sun > get steps > go to the sauna (200 degrees) > fast 24 hours/week dont take shortcuts, there’s a cost to everything

-Don’t sign anyone in FA
-Deny he had a setback
-Try to draft a receiver
-Draft a tackle then state you’re worried about Jones neck injury
