@hookskat @JoshuaLWatson You are the only person thats talking about belief. Someone asked a question "Why arent atheists critical of Satan like they are about God?" The answer is, atheists empathize more with Satan than they do with God. It should be obvious that atheists disbelieve in both.

@RevNFidel @JoshuaLWatson You do understand that atheism is unbelief in god….. The only way to express it is to refute belief in the myths. Which includes satan and the scapegoat for god’s mistakes.

@RevNFidel @JoshuaLWatson Using a character as a literary symbol for political and social activism is a massive cry away from the blanket statement that "a lot of atheists embrace Satan." Most atheists don't belong to TST, nor do they spend their time thinking about or "embracing" biblical characters.

@JoshuaLWatson @hookskat Me joking is always a possibility as it is an effective distraction for my dumbosity. The question "Why dont atheists criticize Satan, like the criticize God?" The answer is that atheists are inclined to embrace Satan, because they are very critical of God.

@hookskat @JoshuaLWatson No. Atheists most definitely embrace Satan as an empathetic character. In fact The Statanic Temple is a federally recognized organization that is pretty much atheists using Satan as a metaphor against God. I deliberately chose "embrace", without referring to belief

@RevNFidel @JoshuaLWatson No they don't. Atheists don't believe in satan anymore than they believe in god. He just seems like a more honest character in the Bible, or a scapegoat.

@Hunsucker4 @CaptainVol @ChristinaTippen 3b ump was in correct position. He cant get hit by the ball in fair territory or get in the way of the fielder/runners. On a infield ground ball the HP ump makes the call based on whether the ball goes over the base fair or foul. 3b ump takes over on flyballs to LF.

@CaptainVol @ChristinaTippen 3rd base umpire was out of position. They’re taught to straddle the foul line so that they can get a more straight on look. He was in foul territory the whole time.

@JohnkGK @Hunsucker4 @CaptainVol @ChristinaTippen This is one of the most misunderstood rules in baseball. The ball hitting the line before the base isnt what makes the ball fair or foul, it only matters where it goes over the base -- which makes it the HP umps call (as you point out)

@Hunsucker4 @CaptainVol @ChristinaTippen not the 3B ump call to make if it bounces before the bag. it's HP. at least that's how it is in baseball with a 4 man system. I would assume softball is the same.
