The incredible new is the surgery was a success. You can see the leg totally rebuilt with screws and plates in the x ray. Mario will recover. It’s lucky he went to hospital as you can see his other leg got a huge abcesss and swollen. That’s also treated and healing well (4/7)

Kind locals reached out. I couldn’t get the full story but he’d been attacked, had a broken leg, severe bruising, bloody eyes and other injuries. They had tried their best and were very worried about him. The local vets showed it was very bad (2/7)
