Are they going to be good in the spot? Are they going to hold up their end of the bargain? Are they going to screw up if we give it to them? Are they going to make a mistake that we regret? There’s all those things factored in. The right human being, the right position. And I love the fact that sometimes, talent are like, ‘Well, it’s frustrating.’ Great. That means work harder. Get yourself there. Figure it out. Figure the way. Figure how it gets done. I’ve seen a million talent succeed because of what they do. Not because of storyline or creative that, ‘They gave them the spot.’ 99% of the time in this business, the person gets over then gets the push. That’s how it works. That’s how it’s supposed to work. You go do you then we follow it because otherwise, most of the time, they will choke on it if it’s not what the fans believe in. Big believer in if you want the spot, go take it. It’s all there for anyone to take. Whenever anybody says, ‘I don’t know why I’m not in that spot.’ Are you more over than Cody? More over than Roman? Punk? Liv? Iyo? The people in that spot? When I found this this morning I showed it to a couple people and had zero intention of posting it. I really didn’t feel like giving him more reasons to come after me harder. Then I watched this again. Fuck that. Remember this? He said he hoped I had to “sell my body” to make ends meet. Unfortunately or fortunately for Paul, no one would want his body. Nobody should be afraid of this bully — especially a bully who’s a proven fraud. He’s never stopped going after me even though I’ve been silent about him for months. The best part? I get to walk away from all of this. I’m moving next month and putting this entire chapter behind me. But he’s targeted so many others. He deserves to be exposed.

Wait… so Paul Seidenzahl has been pitching his services with a stolen NASM personal trainer certificate that belongs to a guy named Dmitry? His website and Instagram both claim he’s a “24-year certified personal trainer,” yet the certificate he’s been flashing is an obvious AI-generated fake riddled with errors. And according to the official NASM website, the only certification he’s ever held with them is CPR… which is currently suspended. I checked this against multiple real NASM-certified trainers — their expired and older PT certs still show up. His don’t. Nothing. Just a suspended CPR. This is the same guy who makes a living “exposing frauds” on his shows while actively committing fraud himself. How exactly do you reconcile that, Paul?

OK, let's say ARCCA wasn't junk science and that their conclusions are accurate. Why would they say that John's arm wounds pulled across his body in the opposite direction that an attacking dog would come from. If these are defensive wounds from a dog attack they go the wrong way

This is 100% Kevin, in my opinion. 1-Misuses the word irony constantly; 2-Can’t explain how the TechStream data was relevant, but insists that ARCCA’s decision to exclude from their scientific investigation is fatal to their conclusions; 3-Harps on the “there was no time to plant the taillight pieces” as “evidence” biomechanical engineers are supposed to consider. I really suspect that Kevin created this @anonymasslawyer account as part of some grandiose plan to prove to the world that non-lawyers can give valuable legal analysis. @ourx_vault was expecting people to accept this made up account was actually being run by a lawyer…then (perhaps from his death bed) he could make the grand reveal…”Ha it was me all along. See how I’m just as smart as a lawyer!” But it was just too obvious. It will be interesting to see if he passes the account on to Kate or someone else to keep it alive after Kevin is no longer with us.

Plevin is such an idiot. But he gives Brother Counsel some great laughs.
