I will never use @vrbo ever again. Rented an Airbnb for Dreamhack Atlanta. The place is terrible. The first picture is one of 50 I have. The advertised outdoor area vs the actual ... customer service cant see the difference.... lesson learned



@vrbo I have a trip coming up in 11 days. I booked on the HomeAway app. That has now rebranded to VRBO. Now the app is not available in my country (NZ). How am I supposed to manage my trip properly? What a balls up. I would cancel if I could.


@vrbo y’all need to be better. I rented a house at Watkins Glen this weekend and it was full of mold and I sent pictures and was refunded. The host was mad and left me a one star review even though I never stayed there and your customer service says it cannot be removed.










@AJS59244819 We had to cancel our reservation because the person that leased their property never responded back for confirmation. So I’m missing my brothers college graduation because I have to housesit and watch my moms cat… Basically Vrbo is allowing s c a m accounts to lease property
