@BellularGaming @MichaelLoda I think this will happen for Italian as well: they already cut localized customer care support and we don't get localized books/novels anymore soooo I guess it's just a matter of time - which is crazy because Italian dubbing is literally one of the best around

What’s up with the French voice acting situation for WoW? Does anyone have extra context etc to add?

@BellularGaming That's the same thing that happened with Spanish vo last year: actors went on strike because they didn't agree with contract clauses including AI content and they basically were replaced or not included at all ingame (a lot of spanish voice lines missing in some patches)

@MichaelLoda @BellularGaming Long ago Blizz decided to add italian, french, spanish, german, etc... to their games so if it's inefficient now they either cut the support altogether (no localized blogposts, ingame text, videos, social comms) or they just stick with it, no point in half-assing it now
