At 09:00 Swedish time, the Swedish Armed Forces' first military reconnaissance satellite was launched into space. The satellite means Sweden's defence is now operational in the space domain and gives it a sovereign national capability to detect and analyse threats globally.

@daily_hopper @BocaChicaGal The first stage always leave the second stage on a suborbital trajectory though- I didn’t think thats tge issue here since the first stage landed on the barge.

With the first 3 flights Blue Origin has demonstrated the hard stuff:
Booster recovery
Booster reuse
2nd stage reignition
Medium earth orbits
Earth escape trajectories
But somehow hasn’t successfully put a payload into LEO

(As a note, while what we see here is pure fiction, and in real life the shuttle could not fly like this, the Soviet Buran did have in testing, two engines similar to the Su-27 for reentry maneuver, so, in theory, it could do this. On its only space flight, the "flight engines" were not used)

He claims Starlink is banned solely because he isn’t Black, a narrative he pushes to his 200-million-plus followers as proof of "viciously racist" laws. In reality, the 30% local equity requirement he decries is a standard part of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) framework that hundreds of other U.S. giants, including Microsoft, have navigated for decades without the "drama".
Musk’s "principle" against these rules conveniently ignores that South Africa has already pivoted to accommodate him. As of December 2025, the government introduced Equity Equivalent Investment Programmes (EEIPs), allowing foreign firms like Starlink to skip the equity transfer entirely by investing in local infrastructure and skills. Instead of taking the win, Musk has escalated to hurling expletives at senior diplomats and alleging (without evidence) that he was pressured to "bribe" his way into a license.
The irony is thick: while Musk plays the victim of "reverse racism", his refusal to follow local law is the primary hurdle keeping high-speed internet from the very rural South African communities he claims to want to help. It isn't about the color of his skin; it’s about a billionaire who believes his birthplace owes him a waiver for the same rules everyone else follows.

What does it take to human rate a lunar lander? Do you just design it on the go or does it need a qualification camping?

@InfographicTony @konstructivizm And since I saw the landing live on the stream I know how the images should look like to. I guess not everyone did that.
I can give if they use rehersal photos but just AI generated ones are lazy and dumb - Specially when they are using faulty ones.

@InfographicTony @konstructivizm I see a lot of AI images thats clearly not from the actual landing these days and its silly cause the real images are amazing.
Some of them also indicates errors with the heatshield and stuff like that whom give a wrong impression of what actually happened.
