The Marketing Framework That Helped Us Generate 286 Million Visitors in the Last 6 Years Our web properties at NP Digital have generated 286 million visitors over the last 6 years. That’s roughly 3.97 million visitors per month. Oh, and we did this without paid ads. So what was the framework we used to grow our traffic? Every Monday, people in our organization come up with ideas to grow our traffic. These ideas need to be ones that can be executed in less than 8 hours (1 working day). Ideas that take longer, need to be broken down into smaller ideas before they can be submitted. People submit these ideas by noon. We then vote on which ones we think will have the biggest impact. We take the 2 or 3 top-voted ideas and implement them on Tuesday. We then reconvene on Friday to go over the results. As a team, we go over what worked, what didn’t, and what we learned so we can adapt for future tests. Sometimes it takes longer than a week or even a month to see results from certain experiments. That’s alright too. You can just wait for a month or so to go over the results for tests that take longer to kick in. By doing this every week you can quickly adapt and double down on the experiments that work.
