@glancebs @pin3cones CRL used to be like that, but it made later monthly finals boring because there was nothing to play for. Plus, people would stop playing later in the season because qualifying was impossible. This system would be amazing, it’s just that we have a player so dominant he breaks it.

@pin3cones yes, to solve this, i don't think one mf win should give you the golden ticket
all world finals and lcq slots should be allocated by points, and the top players on the leaderboard make it, so you'd need to be consistent throughout the entire year
(it's like this in brawl too)

I don’t agree with players who have already secured a ticket to Worlds being able to play and knock out other players still trying to get theirs.

Localized culture is one the biggest losses I think about a lot. Local bands, radio stations, even TV shows. Your town had a specific artistic and cultural identity. Is it’s all kinda mushed together.

This new edition of CRL is fairly similar to previous years. Some minor adjustments that people have asked for, but nothing major.
My main concern is it's becoming stagnant and lacks ambition to become more impactful; it should allign with the game to build better synergies.

@Crunchy_DG @RichardPeters Pretty similar is footprint to what we have in Austin, but instead of racketball lines we just have pavers outside the throwing box. Works great, looks great.

@RichSlaton @RichardPeters I'm more interested in seeing these, they're likely plenty and accomplish a similar goal without being overkill. IMO, the non-teepad rectangle should just be painted green and it wouldn't look like a toddlers basketball court.

Also I would say I am a moderate fan of Houck. Love many of his courses but feel he isn’t plugged into modern pro level disc golf. He hates any type of artificial OB and hates seeing rollaways on greens coming off cage, etc
