This is insane! President Trump just raised the US refugee cap by 10,000 slots, but ONLY for white South Africans?! This is straight-up racial discrimination. South Africa has ~27,000 murders a year. - Black South Africans are ~98% of the victims while Whites are just ~2%. - Black people face 4x higher murder rates overall. Stop cherry-picking refugees by skin color.

This massacre of medics would be branded terrorism if in Israel by Hezbollah so what is it by Israel in Lebanon? The mass killing of emergency workers in Lebanon and, before that, Gaza is surely another war crime. news.sky.com/video/the-para…

Reform are trying to dismiss their candidate’s disgusting online behaviour as his having working class, authentic “rough edges”. This is bollocks. Rough edges means you don’t observe the trivial niceties of middle class polite convention, not that you’re a misogynistic racist.

This is Nikopol, a city in Ukraine where civilians are being hunted by drones. I investigated how russians are now launching those drones FROM Europe's largest nuclear power plant at the other side of the river. Russian aggression puts the entire planet at risk of nuclear disaster, it doesn't just stop at the borders of Ukraine. Since the Zaporizhzhia NPP was stormed, theres been almost zero international news coverage of the site, yet every day the situation deteriorates. The same soviet system of lies that led to the Chornobyl disaster is now running a nuclear facility twice the size. Every single environmental agency needs to start calling out the russian threat to our planet. The plant is now running on diesel generators that can fail at any moment. They have already failed 15 times since the full-scale invasion. This is Chornobyl on steroids. Whatever your views on the war in Ukraine, a nuclear disaster here doesn’t respect borders. It doesn’t care about your politics. What's happening in Nikopol is a warning.

@robfordmancs @sebastianborger Our electoral system gave Labour 400+ MPs and the Lib Dems another 70+ in 2024. Is it unfair? Yes. Can it be overturned before the next general election is due? No. The RW media can bleat as much as they like. It’s a system they endorsed. Suck it up.

This by-election in Makerfield is fast becoming a litmus test for those who fall for the gaslighting, and those who don't. Reform UK picked the wrong candidate because they have no vetting. Since then, have stopped appearing on the media while they desperately try to scrub Robert Kenyon's past clean. They have completely failed and are now in Gaslight Overdrive* mode. Drip feeding lies across their friendly outlets instead of their usual barrage of TV and radio appearances. Kenyon is clearly unfit for public office, he's a stone-cold atrocity — to borrow a phrase from Gina Linetti. They dropped Danny Kruger right in the mire yesterday and Emma Barnett, rightly, ripped him to pieces. In the run-up to Gorton & Denton by-election, you couldn't move for Reform mouthpieces in the media. Now? Tumbleweeds. They know they've f***ed it but can't be seen to withdraw. It would be a very funny situation if only Robert Kenyon wasn't such a wrong un. *the undiscovered Bruce Springsteen album

🚨 UPDATE: Reform UK says Robert Kenyon did vote for Brexit despite him claiming he didn't in 2019 He wrote: "So anyone who thinks I love Trump, voted Brexit, read the Daily Mail, live in the 1950s, a Tory and 103 is wrong. I’m none of the above"

I've seen a very dark side of this platform over the bank holiday weekend. I wrote a post supporting teachers — thousands of replies telling me that they hate teachers. Posts in which I called out Robert Kenyon's misogyny — thousands of replies telling me that he's 'proper bloke' and plenty of women saying they'll happily vote for him. Allowing for the 𝕏 Bot Factor, I am really quite shocked by how many people are so entrenched in beliefs I thought we'd left behind in the 1980s. Reform UK has dragged a sizeable proportion of this country back decades. Racism. Misogyny. Anti-education. A trifecta of bigotry being used to weaponise the far-right. Very disturbing but, thankfully, in the UK, it's only around 23% of the population. Not enough for Reform to win a General Election.

@invisiblebone It’s not even really about the breakfast for the most part & this specimen knows this. It enables countless parents to drop their kids off early & head to work without the morning rush & saves them hundreds in childcare costs. You just cannot win with these utter pricks 🙄

Robert Kenyon, Reform's candidate against Burnham in the most consequential byelection in years, has had two deleted social media accounts investigated by Byline Times and Hope Not Hate. Account one: within 75 minutes of the Southport murders, he seeded cover-up narratives; used the deaths of three children to recruit for Reform; retweeted Musk, Carl Benjamin and neo-fascist adjacent accounts during the riots; misrepresented a Wigan stabbing by a local resident as evidence of an "illegal immigrant invasion." Account two: waterboarding calls, COVID conspiracy theories, graphic comments about Carol Vorderman. Should Farage replace him?

In 2021, Tory govt froze annual personal allowance (PA) at £12,570. Labour continued with it. If PA increased in line with inflation, it would be £16,048 for 2026/27. As a result, someone earning £20,000 will pay extra £696 income tax in 2026/27 alone. leftfootforward.org/2026/05/the-ki…

🚨DESPITE NET MIGRATION HAVING FALLEN BY 82% SINCE ITS PEAK NEARLY HALF OF BRITONS INCORRECTLY BELIEVE ITS ACTUALLY INCREASED! Politicians have now been blamed for skewing the public's understanding of immigration levels. This is a shocking indictment of the abject failure of UK news shows to get the actual facts about net migration across to the public and call out the bull**** by the likes of Nigel Farage. If UK news shows can’t get the job done let’s damn well do it ourselves!

You spend millions every year so well paid MP's and Lord's can get subsidised alcohol at work. There are 27 alcohol serving taxpayer subsidised bars and restaurants in the UK. ALL of them in Westminster. It's time to make it 0. Like/RT if you agree.

Net migration fell to 171,000 in 2025, the lowest since 2021 and nearly half the 2024 figure of 331,000. The ONS says the main driver was a 47% drop in non-EU work visas. 93,525 people claimed asylum in the UK between April 2025 and March 2026, down by 12% on the year before The number of asylum seekers living in hotels while awaiting a decision fell to 20,885 in March 2026, down from 30,657 in December 2025 These are official figures published this morning. Reform UK Ltd will be gutted. What are they going to campaign on now?
