#Supergirl star Milly Alcock knows she'll face backlash by "simply existing as a woman in [franchise IP]."
"We have become very comfortable having this weird ownership of women’s bodies. I can’t really stop them. I can only be myself."

@fraudulentray@JamesMamah_ if he sent gojo to the dimension which he cant do unless gojo voluntarily jumps into his eye, hed never be able to use his technique again and thats not a fight thats like me saying kenjaku would beat goku bc he would throw him in the prison realm
@Updates4DC B!tch I thought you're a troll account trolling supergirl movie because of the pictures you uploaded 😅. Interesting how you denounce bullying by unintentionally bullying the actress. 😅
Just imagine this for a second… you’re an actor, you work hard, believe in yourself, and still people keep making fun of your face. That’s not “jokes” anymore—that’s straight-up bullying. And the worst part? Some people are actually proud of it.
Now think about it—what if it was your daughter, your wife, or your son going through the same thing? Would it still feel funny?
People out here acting like posting these comments makes them look cool. But seriously, what did she even do? She worked hard, gave auditions, and got the role. If you don’t like the movie, just skip it. Why go out of your way to put someone down?
At first, the Milly Alcock–Will Poulter resemblance jokes felt harmless, but now it’s turning into something ugly.
I haven’t even watched any of her movies or shows yet, so I don’t know how she is as an actress. But seeing the kind of stuff people comment under my posts honestly makes me feel really bad for her.

@JamesGunn The costume is CLEAN. The pose is giving zero apologies. The IMAX announcement tells you exactly how serious DC Studios are about this one.
After years of the DCU feeling directionless, Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow might genuinely be the movie that sets the new tone.
@TAdventurousoul B!tch think bro just kicked a rock in half or something. That wall was gonna fall off on its own soon and he did everyone a favor since it could've killed someone.
@CaryKelly11 Instead of making stupid clickbait engagement farming, Let’s just stop and think about it. Beef requires a life to be cultivated for a long time. Moron.
Average price of ground beef:
2000: $2.01
2026: $6.74
245% increase
Pound of Bananas:
2000: $.50
2026: $.65
30% increase
How are bananas that travel 3000 miles to my doorstep inflation proof compared to ground beef when it only travels a few hundred miles?
@ThatGuyFromHS@RAWigger@Kitler512 The left understands.
Why do you think George Soros funds everything behind the scenes with American tax dollars, btw.
@normalgrlsolene That's because he trained with it more than rasengan. It's very different from the one he used on jiraya, by this point he mastered it.
Can’t get over how, when Naruto uses the Sexy Jutsu, he basically just turns into multiple copies of himself as the same stereotypical girl but when he does the reverse harem jutsu, he creates a whole lineup of different attractive guys. Like, he really couldn’t just pick one.
@Nagato890 Maybe golden would've worked if it was golden from the start. But I grew up with blur and black/red getsuga. The only thing I don't like from tybw is the color scheme.
@thenim9@Queen_primis Historically you can buy metal spoons and forks today for almost nothing, also you can carve a spoon from a tree branch quite easily.
For everyone commenting for the nth time about hands, two things:
1. Wash hands, I've been in enough toilets in the UK to see men walk about without washing hands, fucking disgusting af.
2. Historically, access to metal and smithing was limited, meaning people ate with what they had, hands (or chopsticks if you were from that region). So what's the big deal? In anycase,"western" culture developed that way because of it's aversion to washing (and hygiene, see point 1.)
@Sketch_Turner@anime_daily That specific crystal while extremely valuable it stops them from being able to cast magic, they can't go on their journey thru the most dangerous place on planet while carrying it. They would be signing their own death sentences.
Security guard caught with £65,000 drugs stash jailed after police raid
Mohammed Waheed, 23, has been jailed after officers uncovered a major stash of drugs and cash at his flat in Preston.
Police found:
115g of cocaine worth £34,000+
Nearly 400g of cannabis
Over £32,000 in cash
Scales and a burner phone linked to dealing
The former Fishergate Centre security guard admitted supplying Class A and B drugs and possessing criminal property.
A judge said the amount of cash and drugs showed “significant involvement” in dealing, despite Waheed claiming he was struggling with addiction at the time.
He has now been sentenced to 30 months in prison.
