Can anyone explain why the bananas at Safeway in Gamston are always green but down the A52 at @LidlGB in Bingham, they’re yellow? Surely the climate can’t be that much different. 🤔

@markdennison That friend on the radio, the one that’s sees the same things we see, the one that cares about the same local things we care about, the one that supports local causes we support. We don’t have that anymore and it, and you, are sadly missed.

Had a lovely chat with a chap on Radcliffe Road earlier-he said how much he misses me on the radio. Firstly-that means a lot; also, kindness is important; and it’s over 2 years since I left…he’s got a good memory!
