@FedExCanada why do you have a tracking status page and signup for updates? When I called to find out why my delivery wasn’t there, I was told that I should be calling for updates and not to use the online tracker. Nowhere does it say to call instead. Useless system

@HamptonByHilton seems weird that you have to pay in USD for dinner at the Guanacaste hotel. Why is it policy to not allow customers to pay in local currency when it’s on the credit card machine?

@TwitterCanada @X care to explain when complaining about a company gets your account locked for unusual activity? Complained about my bank, they asked for a dm and I can’t do it because my account is locked. Can’t do the arkrose challenge because it just spins out.
