Some open‑world games drain you with empty space. And then there are the ones that pull you in so hard you want to explore every corner. Crimson Desert is absolutely the second type.

@DestinLegarie love this and Destin is 100% right. A game can not hold your hand but still have good game design like Elden Ring and Zelda.

Getting called dumb for this but it’s just bad design. I stick the arrow in, nothing happens. No feedback I’m close enough or doing it right. I try a different spot. The bezier falls over. I try another. My character bumps it and puts his bow down. No light. The only interact is to turn it off. I give in and google it. I was right the first time. The video is flooded with comments complaining about the same experience. The game has little issues like this that detract from the fun. I didn’t feel smart when I found out my first instinct was correct. I was annoyed at the game. 15k views on a tutorial to light an arrow on fire means you messed up imo youtu.be/q1o05rZZ400?si…

@Solh0und @Wario64 I liked it in Elden Ring but that game actually had good game design. Other than a diverse world and some cool combat moves this game is absolutely terrible.
