Hey @bookingcom . I purchased a flight less than 24h ago and I'm being told that I can't get a refund. Can you please explain why you're not following US Dept of Transport rules? The air company (Air Maroc) told me that this was supposed to be refundable.

@bookingcom @royalairmaroc can you please advise why you have tickets that are non refundable within 24h , disrespecting US DOT rules?

@bookingcom That doesn't help. Your support is telling me to call Air Maroc , which I did multiple times, and they told me that they can't do anything and it's @bookingcom responsibility to cancel and refund

"Royal Air Maroc will refund a purchased ticket with a full refund without penalty up to 24 hours after reservation for reservations made seven days (168 hours) or more prior to the flight’s scheduled departure. This policy applies to refundable as well as non-refundable fares."

@terryaney @SamsungUS We just found out that by bumping freezer temperature from 0F to 1F fixed (unclogged) the ice maker. Hair drier alone wasn't working. So looks like a thermostat problem. Maybe it also works for you

@RickDrizin @SamsungUS SMH - mine is older...10 years...but for last 6 years, about 2x a year I have to empty it completely out and defrost the back cooling unit that is a complete frozen block of ice. So frustrating.

Hey @SamsungUS I have your most expensive refrigerator, the ice maker broke under 3 years (it's a common problem, there's even a lawsuit for that issue) and your support is referring me to a service company that has only 1-star reviews. Should I throw it away and get a Whirlpool?

@RickDrizin Was trying to upgrade from .net7 -> 8. Long overdue. When I changed Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore* 7.0.20 -> 8.0.22 I could no longer compile with warnings about package mismatch. Believe copilot?

Hey @gethotwire - your support sucks. I was told that I would get a refund but actually I was charged for $2000 and now I have "credits" in my account. So basically you forced me to pre-pay for 2 years of your service (even though my previous contract was already halfway past)

Hey @gethotwire Hotwire Communications - I have UPGRADED my internet plan, I was told that this would NOT incur into a penalty, but I'm being charged for this crazy penalty amount - and support (called twice, it's been more than a week) doesn't help at all.
