One thing that confuses many foreigners about Japan 🇯🇵 There are surprisingly few public trash cans. And yet… the streets are still incredibly clean. Many Japanese people simply carry their trash home with them. For them, keeping shared spaces clean is just common sense. Could this work in your country?

This might sound insane, but in Japan… You buy a house with your own money, and still keep paying taxes on it until you die. When you buy it, they tax you. While you live in it, they tax you. When you sell it, they tax you. And after you die, your kids can get hit with inheritance tax too. Like… bro. You spent your whole life paying for that house. And somehow, the government still acts like it’s on a subscription plan. Is it really “your home” at that point?

I told my wife that if she died, I wouldn't ever date again. The dating landscape is littered with body counts, STDs and excessive emotional baggage. Dating was terrible before. Elon just offered to fund a wrongful death lawsuit against UK police officers who handcuffed the victim of a stabbing. Henry Novak had been stabbed by Vickrum Digwa with an 8in Sikh martial arts knife. When officers arrived, Vickrum claimed he had been racially abused, while Henry was lying on his side, telling the police he’d been stabbed and couldn’t breathe. Officers immediately took Vickrum’s side and told Henry that he was under arrest for suspicion of assault, dismissing claims that he’d been stabbed. Henry died as a result of his injuries. The UK is beyond a joke

I have 2 Japanese adult kids that could do the work online (Airbnb type property management). However, they don’t want to move to Hokkaido and they need to be physically in a rented office space to qualify. For the first 6 months while getting the business started and applying for the business manager visa, I’d have to pay full benefits and salary. We spoke to two 行政書士and the requirements just don’t make sense for most entrepreneurs now. がっかり。

A man name Kumar from India moved to Japan 30 years ago and opened a curry shop and was on a Business Manager visa. During his time here he never bothered to switch to a PR visa (which would have made his life much easier) and instead kept renewing his business visa. However, the requirement went up last year to renew the business visa. ⭐️ (Before) 5 million yen or 2 full-time employees ⭐️ (Now) 30 million yen + 1 full-time Japanese employee He didn't meet the current requirement. This change was designed to ensure businesses create real Japanese employment and have genuine economic contribution. Most Japanese people don't want to shut down foreigner run restaurants. However, it is very important to follow the rules and make smart decisions (like switching to a PR visa if you don't have money) to avoid these situations.
