In my time as a varsity athlete, I have noticed the rates of female athletes decrease dramatically. We need to encourage female sports participation through the education system! It is very unfortunate to see that only 14% of females are physically active! #WomenInSport

In order to battle the impacts of child labour, buying fair trade and sweatshop- free products whenever possible to ensure that you’re supporting positive practices that don’t involve child labor.

An effective solution for the mental health challenges impacting university/college students is to teach coping skills such as stress management.
