Students can go outside and have fun with peers, this reduces stress levels and allows for a better experience in school.

In order to battle the effects of the pandemic, exercise and ensuring individuals leave the house daily are important to maintain or develop positive mental health.

An effective solution for the mental health challenges impacting university/college students is to teach coping skills such as stress management.

In order to battle the impacts of child labour, buying fair trade and sweatshop- free products whenever possible to ensure that you’re supporting positive practices that don’t involve child labor.

@RiddallAshley Hi Ashley! Great post. I am also excited about EM203 and learning digital literacy. With the digital age being so prominent I think its necessary to keep up with terms understanding the internet and its impact.

@EM203AdamSal Hi Adam, I definitely agree with you, and believe that the 3M's also take digital learning to a new level and how these different styles have different impacts on how we learn.

In the first three weeks of this class, I have learned so much interesting knowledge. For example, I learned about each of the 3 M's; being Multi-media, Multi-model, and Multi-tasking. I did a fun experiment involving those 3 M's which really put me to the test! #EM203Robin

@EM203SConnolly Hey Sean! Great post. I agree and find learning by doing an interesting topic and how the Digital Age has encouraged different learning styles. I too learn better by doing things compared to learning by theory.
