@RealJessyGomez @McFlybowy Foden started as a cm and he moved to LW, Amf, Ss, then probably rw. He barely plays as a RW, you might think he is one because he is a left footer but The pep we knew always use their feet wrongly. His best position is the SS.

Let me break this down why he’s right, you can’t win without midfield. Think about any dominant side and how balanced their midfield was.
Take Barcelona under Pep Guardiola everything revolved around Sergio Busquets, Xavi Hernandez, and Andrés Iniesta. Control, tempo, balance without them, that team doesn’t dominate world football.
Look at Real Madrid, their success came from the midfield trio of Casemiro, Toni Kroos, and Luka Modrić. They protected the defense, controlled games, and supplied the attack.
Even modern teams even Manchester City rely heavily on midfield dominance, especially with Rodri anchoring everything. When he doesn’t play, the whole structure looks unstable.
That’s the point, midfield is the link between defense and attack. Without it your defense gets exposed, your attack gets isolated, your team loses control of the game
But beyond that, midfield is important because it dictates everything that happens in a match. Midfielders control the tempo, when to slow the game down, when to speed it up. They decide whether a team dominates possession or sits back.

Midfield is also where intelligence shows the most….positioning, awareness, decision-making. A striker can have a quiet game and still score, a defender can clear danger all game, but a midfielder is constantly involved. Every phase of play runs through them.
That’s why when a team controls midfield, they usually control the game. And when they lose that battle, everything else starts to fall apart.

No? The reason CBs can generally cut it until they’re older isn’t about it’s an “easy” position, it’s because experience and leadership REALLY matters.
It’s common for attackers to break through in their teens, but CBs? Not so much. Good reason for it (physically too).

Earlier today, I shoot my shot at @victorosimhen9 by tagging him purely out of admiration for how he represents the Nigerian flag. I asked him for a Galatasaray jersey and pitched @abazwhyllzz as the vendor, as one of the big and reputable accounts selling jerseys here ❤️ He responded and promised me a signed Champions League jersey 🙏🔥. He also said he will get 15 additional jerseys from Abazz for me to share. Now here’s where things got interesting. I reached out to Abazz via DM and, to my surprise, he said he had already selected winners on his page, which was obviously not true. I asked why he would do that when he was meant to be the vendor. I then messaged @Thetifefab, who told me to discuss with Abazz and he handled the payment for the jerseys (Abazz confirmed receiving payment for the 15 jerseys). Upon receiving the money for the jerseys, Abazz asked that we move the conversation to WhatsApp, and I assumed it was to discuss delivery. Instead, Abazz called me and kept on insisting he will be the one to share the jerseys, which I didn’t agree to. After further discussion, he proposed a split, he takes 8, I take 7. I declined and ended the call. He kept calling, but I insisted we continue via chat instead. I reiterated that I was the one who tagged Osimhen, he responded to my tweet, and Abazz only came into the picture because I tagged him as the vendor, and he has already been paid for the jerseys. Attached to this tweet is evidence of our conversations via X DMs and WhatsApp. I’m not here to cause drama, just asking for transparency and fairness, not only for myself but for everyone who participated in good faith 💯 Let’s do right by the people who showed up for this 🙌🔥
