Ohio is refusing to participate in the Midwest Interstate Passenger Rail Commission, which is a consortium of states working to get passenger rail in the Midwest, because it would cost $25,000 for the year. The state budget is $95 Billion.

I feel like @goingplacesCLE is pretty much fine for a mid-market, non-hub airport? The recent bathroom renovations are a nice upgrade, but prioritizing massive investment in transit/@GCRTA would go further to help many more people.
