@Sammm_lfc @IddieL27 Difference is we still had the spine of the team still in place and a lot of leaders still at the club. We don’t have either of those right now. All the targets for the summer are young players, going to be short on experience and leadership next season.

Alisson Becker, Mohamed Salah, Andrew Robertson, Curtis Jones and Alexis Mac Allister are among those said to be unhappy with the significant drop in training intensity and standards since around November time last year. With two senior players already confirmed to leave this summer, Mohamed Salah and Andrew Robertson, there is a realistic chance others could follow. The decision on Slot’s future ultimately rests with FSG. We are bound to see so much change at Liverpool this summer but I would be on the positive side of things. We should know the final decision on Arne Slot come the end of May/Early June. That is when the end of season review comes in.

Premier league form table the last 8 played. Liverpool 3rd btw only behind City and Brighton having played both in that time (only two losses). The PL is hard and our squad isn’t equipped for it yet despite that still getting results. One for the doom merchants.

I agree, it might or might not be true that he’s lost the dressing room, we don’t know, but nobody was saying Jurgen Klopp had lost the dressing room when him and Salah had a fight at West Ham, or when Mane, Hendo, Fabinho, Courinho etc all wanted to leave. I understand the frustrations with Arne Slot this season, I’ve been frustrated too but there’s enough to be frustrated by as it is without making up rather baseless theories just to have a pop at him.

There isn't a goalkeeper on the market or at the club close to even Alisson's current level. I guess it could come down to him wanting something new but this would be madness otherwise

If Liverpool had finished 4th last season nobody would've complained. We weren't even mentioned for the title post-Klopp. The real transition only started this season and has been impacted by the loss of Jota and dreadful luck with injuries.
