Man is posting back to back L tweets. First, he wants well-performing driven Indians to return back to India while jeopardising their career and now he is trying to portray a ‘holier than thou’ attitude by asserting merit doesn’t matter. So here are two things about him and his company : 1. He came back to India after his divorce litigation in the fear of losing half of his property to his wife. Transferred his assets to India secretly so that his wife gets nothing. He assimilated into higher levels of admin/bureaucracy, adopted pretentious humility with a large glob of pseudo nationalism and became a RW sweetheart. Consequence: Now he is sorted and protected for life. 2. His company once shortlisted 500 candidates for an interview in 2023 and selected none. Hard to believe that his company couldn’t find one meritorious student in the lot after shortlisting. Based on what several twitter anons have written here, his company has a bad reputation of selecting sub standard students from famous colleges in campus recruitments under the garb of “passion over credentials”. Sir, regardless of the big shot that you are, the career of students and health of people are not dispensable passion projects. Both you and the govt need to stop playing with the lives of commoners for your amusement. It’s India and not the US that you will find college dropouts revolutionise industries ! The basic curriculum here stresses less on solving real world problems. We have seen the IQ of your so called “passionate” people in workshop interactions- lot of zeal with 0 knowledge of basics ! So keep the shitty pieces of advice to yourself, no matter who you are ! Your beliefs will not change the reality!
