@CDDTReborn @AryaTayebi Bears in Heat have oppressive moves that lead into a scary, 50/50 mixup from stance or that can stand alone.
Law has DSS punch autoparry. Interrupt with any attack that's not a punch.
u+2 is a high that's KND on hit.
1+2 is a Tornado launcher.
df+1+2 is mid,high. Doesn't jail.

@Righteous_Rojin @AryaTayebi Bears dont have one either or heat regen. Id rather it just take less heat and have no regen. But I need to lab it more to see if its actually OP or I just haven't done my research.

Law's traditional weaknesses:
Can't easily snowball damage so struggles with comebacks: slide now does more damage, gives oki and can access from DSS
Range: nunchuks lol
Linear: sure give him a fast, + on block tracking move, why the fuck not

@HoS08006 You can most definitely loop that in any Tekken that Law has a slide. Tekken 8 just made it stronger.

This is NOT part of Law’s identity btw, if he did a slide back in the day he would recover grounded and would only get a wake up kick, now he has a guaranteed actual follow up that actually gives him oki allowing him to mix you again with good dmg

@CDDTReborn @AryaTayebi Well, Law doesn't have a "power-up state", so regaining Heat is plausible. However Season 2's regain was overkill tbh; I'm glad they fixed it to be less gain on hit.

@AryaTayebi Nunchuks giving heat back without risk is overkill. I dont mind the other changes. Quick slide does make his comeback game way stronger as it used to be a mix up he had to train the opp to get fooled by.

Tekken Tag 2 has rollback netcode. Was the first game to feature any rollback.
Tekken 6 had delay based.

@Speedkicks @TMask97 I don't mind the mod itself or people playing it, but replying to your "what if". If Bamco actually removed everything like this mod, then we would not be playing Tekken 8 anymore. We would be playing a primitive Tekken, which we could very much play in older versions.

Imo, this boring. If I wanted to play Tekken 5 DR, then I would happily boot it up. Removing all mechanics doesn't make it Tekken 8.
Season 1 needed adjustments and fine tuning, but Season 2 did what TK7 Season 3 did waaay too soon. Now TK8 Season 3 has to damage control.

I think if the health was somewhere around 150 to 175, it would be great. Some damage and tracking adjustments could be made if this mod picks up. I like the pacing of the combos. It's kind of like DR and Revolution.
