Is there anything preventing $MSTR from allocating a portion of its ATM proceeds into a dedicated cash reserve for strategically buying dips or market crashes? For example, setting aside a fixed or dynamic percentage — potentially adjusted based on indicators like weekly $BTC RSI — to deploy when BTC is trading at a discount. A lot of bitcoin treasury companies will go a lot higher from here. Maybe 10x to 100x. Obviously at some point they will also crash really hard. Always take out initials and profit on the way up. NFA.
