The objective of seeking an ATR by a regulatory bodies is to prevent such incidents in the future. To achieve this, you must visit the site, speak to the safai staff and the powerhouse in-charge, and issue a challan if required.Please also report the matter back to the Area JC. In the absence of proper leaf litter / horticulture waste collection, such incidents are bound to recur—and have already been witnessed by residents and park-goers. Good to see the efforts being put in by @OfficialGMDA to clean up areas. Seems daily wage earners have been employed hopefully they will receive good wages for this work , however @OfficialGMDA might like to show some consideration and compassion towards the poorest of the poor and provide some warm gloves and shoes to the labourers .
