They are leading the sector in AI integration which will allow them to reduce overhead significantly over the next 2 to 3 years. Insurance stays under the radar for retail seen as "boring" but boring is what builds long term lasting wealth.

BREAKING: Six Flags is selling SEVEN of its theme parks for $331 million. The parks being sold are: Valleyfair (Minneapolis, Minn.) Worlds of Fun (Kansas City, Mo.) Michigan's Adventure (Grand Rapids, Mich.) Schlitterbahn Waterpark Galveston (Galveston, Texas) Six Flags St. Louis (St. Louis, Mo.) Six Flags Great Escape (Queensbury, N.Y.) Six Flags La Ronde (Montreal, QC) The parks are being sold to an entity called EPR Properties, to be run by the Enchanted Parks company. @SixFlags says the money from the sale will be used to pay down debt. New company CEO John Reilly said in a statement: "Consistent with our strategy, this divestiture enables us to concentrate our capital, leadership and operational focus on the properties that we believe generate the strongest returns and offer the greatest long-term upside.
