I had a debate with a christian lady one day. She said jesus is god, I asked did jesus come to earth? she said yes, then I asked did humans persecute and kill jesus, she said yes. then I asked so human beings killed God? I noticed a profound look in her face, like for the first time she was actually thinking 🤔 hmmmmm. She said she'll be back the next day that she needed to ask her pastor. To this day she hasn't given me a rational answer.. The question is simple.

“The Quran is the word of God!” “It is written by Muhammad!” “No!” “Who wrote it?”

@riload3d @Edenlife9 That is the point. He was a human form of God. He was the begotten son. He is more realistic because he did struggle with human emotion. Which makes him all the more relatable. He was sent to spread the word of God and he performed miracles.

@MatrixMysteries My parents both learned English as immigrants. Interpreters themselves say the US has made it too easy for Spanish speaking people. If you plan on living anywhere, even for 6 months, you should spend time learning at least the basics of a language.

It was an honor to spend Palm Sunday this morning with Pastor Green and the congregation at The Greater Allen Cathedral of New York. 
As James 2:14 reminds us, “faith without works is dead.” That message calls on all of us to build a better city. A New York where dignity is not a privilege, but a promise. Where government shows up for people with respect. Where faith is nurtured by justice, and freedom is abundant. 
Wishing a blessed Palm Sunday to all New Yorkers observing this sacred day.
