Farage may win. The far-right is rising. The poor are angrier. But here's the irony: Muslims are actively being demonised in the UK today, but our faith tradition gives the right answers to the societal problems of today. Unemployment. The welfare state. Immigration. The rising inequality gap. Our rich Islamic history shows us where these issues have been tackled effectively. Let me take you back 1,400 years. Caliph Umar ibn al-Khattab - a man who would weep at injustice and walk the streets at night to check on the people - pioneered a model that still puts today's political manifestos to shame. He built the Bayt al-Mal - a treasury not for war, not for bailing out the rich, but for caring for everyone. ✅ Universal child benefit - every newborn under his rule got support. ✅ Pensions for the elderly, disabled, widows and orphans - 1,300 years before Beveridge dreamt of a welfare state. ✅ A leader who refused personal luxuries during famine, and who said: "If a mule stumbles on the road in Iraq, Umar fears he will be asked about it by God." What a far cry from today's leaders. Umar cared for all - Muslim and non-Muslim alike. Famously, not even his family got preferential treatment. And that's why it's so tragic that today, in the UK, Muslims are cast as the "problem" – when our tradition has deep, lived answers to the biggest societal questions of our time. You want a more cohesive society? Let's talk about a more just financial system that address the corrosiveness of interest-based money creation. When the game is rigged, there's no point putting on a band-aid. Inequality breeds resentment and hate. And in the wrong hands - it is turned against minorities. You want prosperity? Let's talk about an economic model that has movement baked into it. Zakat promotes people to actively invest and take risk - not passively sit on cash in a rentier economy. You want a business-friendly country? Let's talk about a society that was one of the largest economies for centuries. A small state, a strong private sector - but also a country with enormous endowments and charitable giving. Studying our history shows us we have the blueprint for the future. I am as British as Nigel Farage. But unlike him - my tradition gives genuine answers to the problems of our country.

‘They massacred Arab babies’ Headline in the Sydney Daily Telegraph, 1948. This passage stands out: Jews saw their opportunity. Men of the army of Zion attacked Deir Yassin at 10 a.m. that day. They easily overcame the opposition. They killed 20 Arab defenders, and entered the village, tossing grenades into houses. They killed old men, women, and children with bayonets. For three hours the slaughter went on. Babies were killed in front of their mothers. Mothers’ throats were slit. Some were beheaded. A group of men and women—some of the women obviously pregnant—were lined up and shot. The bloodlusting Jewish soldiery desecrated the bodies of pregnant mothers with knives. When they had murdered 264 villagers, the Jews called a halt. They rounded up four truckloads of survivors of all ages and both sexes, tossed the bodies of the dead into the village well, and drove off with the survivors. The victorious Jews drove the survivors through Jewish areas as exhibits of victory while Jews spat upon them. The parade continued, with breaks, for two days. ——————- Every Zionist accusation is a confession. Zionism is Jewish supremacism. The bloodlust is baked in. #EndJewishSupremacy #DismantleZionism

British Indians Voice 🇮🇳🇬🇧
I want to ask Britain something today. Not with anger. With a genuinely breaking heart. We built your NHS. We coded your technology. We fed your high streets. We topped your school league tables. We paid every tax. We broke no laws. We raised our children to be proud Britons. And 80% of us have still faced hatred for being Indian. EIGHTY percent. What exactly did we do wrong? I am still waiting for an answer. 💔🇮🇳🇬🇧 #BritishIndians

My grandfather came to Britain in 1965. He didn’t speak much English. He worked night shifts in a factory in Birmingham. He paid his taxes. Kept his head down. Never complained. His son became a doctor. His granddaughter is a tech engineer. His great-grandchildren were born British. Three generations. Zero crime. Zero benefits fraud. Zero debt to this country. And still, STILL someone tells us to go home. Where exactly is home supposed to be? 🇮🇳🇬🇧 #BritishIndians

This is a picture of my grandfather with his parents and siblings, taken in Jerusalem in 1934. My Christian family lived in Jerusalem continuously since the time of Jesus, and our family tree that we have today can trace our roots back to around 1400 in Palestine, though it goes much further than we can track. Until 1948, when Zionist terrorists ethnically cleansed them from their city, stole their home, personal belongings, clothes, documents, books, money, and properties… and turned them into refugees overnight. Today, NONE of my family lives in Jerusalem. ZERO. Not a single one. And that is because of Israel, not Muslims.

🚨 You may never heard of Ursula Haverbeck. A 96 year old former accountant who worked at the Auschwitz concentration camp during World War Two. She spent decades publicly claiming that the systematic murder of six million Jewish people was a fabrication. She was convicted multiple times by German courts for incitement and Holocaust denial and served prison time well into her nineties.

There really is no depths to the lies, depravity and unhinged Jew-hatred from @AnaKasparian!

@Ostrov_A The IDF is using civilians as human shields. Iran has the right to defend themselves. This is a clash between barbarism and civilization. Victim card expired a long long time ago.

This was how the world reacted to the release of the Passion of the Christ in 2004 People moved to tears and beyond words There was a reason the film was slandered and lied about before it came out, it was one of the most powerful witnesses to Jesus Christ ever made

This is October 7. Hamas terrorists slaughtered young Israelis in a bathroom. Zohran Mamdani’s wife celebrated.

I'm confused. Shamima Begum is not allowed back into the UK because she was groomed into becoming an ISIS bride when she was just a child, but Al Golani, the man who was a literal leader of ISIS and Al Qaida is allowed to visit Downing Street? How does that work?

Israel dug Yahya S!nwar's grave & expected him to jump in it and lie down quietly. But even in the post mortem his body fought back. The pathologist said: "This man hasn't eaten for at least three days". That's because, like most of the Hamas fighters, S!nwar starved alongside his people to show solidarity. He and his fighters didn't hide underground either. He died a hero, fighting to his last breath. Don't stop talking about #Gaza and don't listen to Zionist propaganda.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇧 In the second half of the eighteenth century, something happened in Scotland. A country of one and a half million people. Produced ideas that changed the entire world. In one generation. Adam Smith. He wrote The Wealth of Nations in 1776. He invented economics. David Hume. He asked the question nobody had dared ask. How do we actually know anything? His answer changed philosophy forever. James Watt. Walking across Glasgow Green, the idea came to him. A separate condenser. It made the steam engine practical. And started the Industrial Revolution. Joseph Black. He discovered latent heat. The principle that made refrigeration, steam power and thermodynamics possible. James Hutton. He looked at the rocks at Siccar Point. And understood the earth was unimaginably old. He invented geology. These men knew each other. They argued in the same taverns. Walked the same streets. In one generation, one small country invented economics, philosophy, geology, thermodynamics and the steam engine. The modern world runs on what they built. 🇬🇧 This is your history. This is from 1982 in Lebanon. These kids look exactly like me and my brothers. This was our life. We grew up under Israeli bombs. Hezbollah didn't exist. Hamas didn't exist. Israel is the problem. Resistance groups are consequences. Nothing started on October 7.
