Yes nehru should have wasted whatever limited money we had on building toilets that people probably wouldn't have used anyway, instead of dams, research institutions & higher education infrastructure. Believe me, I myself have been a critic of nehru but I'm not blind in hatred for him like u people are. And I'm not against building toilets but there is a section of the population that simply cannot be civilized, so money shouldn't be wasted on them.
