The voice impression is pretty good, I’ll give him that much. Unfortunately for him, good voice impression =/= funny. Mean spirited isn’t a word I would use, it’s much too bland for a description like that. The bit is utterly soulless. It feels derivative and redundant. The fact this just started and is already stale speaks volumes. I’ve been sent coworker gifs over Teams that were funnier than this. The reason Alex Jones himself was actually funny was because he was self aware. He knew he acted unhinged, but he embraced that side of himself and doubled down. That’s what made him so charismatic. Even if you didn’t agree with him or didn’t believe the stuff he said, he was still likable in his own way. I’m convinced the left doesn’t understand what comedy is or how it works

@CaptainCons Gotta provide a few more details. Specifically an arrival time. “If you wanna come” isn’t exactly a warm welcome. “You should all come,” or a “let me know if you can’t make it, but it would be awesome to all get together” might set a better tone. Have some conviction.
