And as for the loanees, I’d only realistically want Matt Targett, but even then I’d want him as second choice. I’ve seen this morning that we are signing Sarmiento permanently, which is staggering considering he’s done literally nothing since he joined in January.

Woke up feeling drained and deflated to be honest. I really do hope we never see the likes of Whittaker and Strelec in a Boro shirt again. Two of the most useless and lazy players I’ve seen for a long time but somehow get game time. And as for Brynn, league 1/2 level.
